Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AI Sales Console platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

AI Sales Console provides an "Autonomous Sales OS" that allows users to deploy AI-powered voice agents, email agents, and SMS agents for sales and support tasks. You understand that these agents are automated and may not always perform perfectly.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, including TCPA and GDPR.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate lead data and not uploading contacts on the Do Not Call (DNC) registry.

You agree not to use AI Sales Console to:

• Send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or other applicable laws.
• Misrepresent the identity of AI agents as human representatives where disclosure is required by law.
• Upload or process data that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to circumvent guardrails, compliance checks, or safety mechanisms.
• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose.

While our Guardrails Engine is designed to prevent non-compliant behavior, you are ultimately responsible for the actions of your AI agents. You must configure your agents to adhere to your specific legal and ethical standards.

TCPA compliance is a shared responsibility. AI Sales Console provides the tools (DNC list checking, consent tracking, opt-out handling) but you are responsible for ensuring proper consent has been obtained before initiating outreach.

Upon termination of your account:

• All active AI agents will be immediately deactivated.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery.
• After 30 days, all personal data and configurations will be permanently deleted.
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting privacy@aisalesconsole.io.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Usage-based charges (per-call, per-email) are non-refundable once incurred.
• Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Sales Console shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
