• Voice data (call recordings for training purposes, if opted in).
• Usage data (interactions with AI agents, dashboard activity, feature usage).

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Train and fine-tune your specific AI agents (your data is isolated per tenant).
• Process transactions and send related information.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security (RLS) for tenant data isolation, and regular security audits.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our AI agents may make and receive phone calls on your behalf. When call recording is enabled:

• All parties are notified that the call may be recorded, in compliance with applicable two-party consent laws.
• Recordings are stored securely and used solely for quality assurance and AI training purposes.
• You may disable call recording at any time through your dashboard settings.
• Recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you configure a longer retention period.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days.
• Call recordings: 90 days (configurable).
• AI training data: anonymized and retained indefinitely for model improvement.
• Usage logs: 12 months for analytics, then aggregated.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@aisalesconsole.io.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect and how it is used.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of the sale of your personal data (we do not sell personal data).
